Martina began her journey towards becoming a psychotherapist in 2018 and has been working with clients since 2020. Róisín has a background working in education and youth work. She has extensive experience working with young people. She has worked across Europe including, the Lake District, London, Rome & Dublin. She has managed youth services and has trained in the area of Child Protection, delivering training and developing child protection policies. Róisín has a Masters in Counselling & Psychotherapy, a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Approaches in interpersonal Practice (CBT), she has also completed training in Applied Suicide Intervention, online therapy. She is has a Diploma in Trauma Informed Psychotherapy. Róisín has an integrative and person centered approach, tailoring the therapy to the needs of each individual. Kit O’Brien is a qualified addiction counsellor . He holds a Diploma in addiction counselling since 2018 from the Galilee House of Studies, the official training college for addiction studiesand under the patronage of Sr Consillio, Cuan Mhuire addiction care centre for drug and alcohol addiction located in Athy Co Kildare. Kit has facilitated relapse prevention groups for clients with drug and alcohol addiction as part of their transition from post treatment level to semi independent stages of recovery. Lisa Kennedy has had the privilege of working with children for over 15 years. She is a certified Play Therapist with a postgraduate diploma in Play Therapy from Galway University and is currently completing her MA, she also holds a BA (Hons) in Early Education. Lisa is the creator , writer and founder of the "My Mind Really Matters Journals" for children and teenagers.
